5.) Buyers Premium: There will be a 10% buyers premium added to the final bid to determine the final sales price
6.) Deposit: A 10%NON REFUNDABLE deposit will be required from the winning bidder within 24hrs of close of bidding
7.) Contract: A signed purchase agreement will be required from the winning bidder within 24hrs of close of bidding
8.) Closing: Balance is due on or before June 9th 2025. Closing to be held at Collier Title Company 232 W Poplar St Elizabethtown, KY 42701
9.) Survey: A new survey of the property was conducted in March of 2025 by McAdams Surveying
10.) Title: A title search is currently underway by Collier Title Company
11.) Financing: This auction is NOT contingent upon buyer obtaining financing. Prospective buyers should secure financing prior to bidding.
