A custom-built lodge sits in the perfect setting next to the pond. It was built in 2016 and features 6 bedrooms 4 bathrooms, and 2 attached RV garages. The main level features an open living area with concrete floors, a wood panel ceiling, a kitchenette with an island, and a large river rock fireplace. Upstairs is the newly finished master bedroom suite, additional guest bedrooms, and a bonus room with a fireplace. The lodge has 2 covered decks on either side. One overlooks the pond and the other overlooks the 3 tent decks. There is a bunk room with private access from the outside that features a shower room and a full bathroom. The bunk room is perfect for guests using the tent decks.

Beyond the lodge is a 1960s A-Frame cabin with a loft bedroom and wood stove. The cabin is 868 sq ft and is powered by a generator.
